All About iPads

This week all students K-8 will have hands-on time with the iPads.  There are only 13, so the students will practice sharing them.  We will learn about the features of an iPad, proper use, and cool tricks.  I am certain the students will teach me new tricks, too!  Click here to view a PDF version of the Keynote presentation I made about using the iPads.

March is Reading Month

Happy Reading Month!  St. Paul School is beginning a fun month focused on literacy with a school-wide reading contest, fun classroom activities, and Drop Everything and Read opportunities.  Here are two links from ReadWriteThink, a site from the International Reading Association, to help you get started on choosing the right books for your ability and age.  They are podcasts through iTunes targeted at the middle school and young readers.  Enjoy!
